About the role
Aurum, a leading window cleaning and property‑maintenance group, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to grow its commercial and construction‑industry business across Canada. Reporting to the EVP, you will build long‑term client relationships, develop new opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
- Proactively engage customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Deliver solutions on time, aligned with customer needs and objectives.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify growth opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, and networking.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profit.
- Achieve sales targets and meet scheduled outcomes.
- Coordinate sales plans with operations and scheduling teams.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM.
- Monitor market trends and suggest improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated impact in an organisation.
- 3 + years of account‑management experience in a service or operations setting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Team‑player mindset with solid organisational and reporting abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (asset).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
What we offer
- Base salary of $64,000‑$65,000 CAD plus commission.
