Workday Certified HCM & Security Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Workday Certified HCM & Security Lead to join its advisory team. You will help global clients modernize their HR and finance operations by designing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM and Security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support the HCM/Security workstream on large‑scale Workday implementation projects.
• Develop workplans, manage risk, budget, resources and client relationships for complex global engagements.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve day‑to‑day Workday HCM/Security issues.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on evolving requirements.
• Support regular and special HCM/Security processes, including payroll, bank transfers, legal and regulatory reporting, and year‑end activities.
• Manage small on‑shore and off‑shore functional teams.
• Architect cohesive Workday solutions, advise on industry standards, and demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Provide status updates to Project Managers and ensure strong stakeholder management.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Workday HCM and Security workstreams on global implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage risk, budgets and cross‑functional teams.
