About the role
This fully remote position guides customers through the early stages of a benefits enrollment conversation. You will work with engaged prospects, follow a proven framework, and help move each interaction toward a clear next step while collaborating with a supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with customers who are beginning the enrollment process.
- Ask thoughtful questions to uncover needs and priorities.
- Present benefit options clearly and confidently.
- Guide customers through enrollment steps and document progress.
- Maintain organized notes and share updates with team members.
Required profile
- Comfortable leading one‑on‑one customer conversations.
- Self‑directed with strong time‑management skills.
- Clear, friendly communication style.
- Organized, reliable and able to follow through.
- Open to coaching, feedback and continuous growth.
