Welder – Metal Fabrication & Repair

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated welder to join our team on‑site, performing a variety of welding, cutting, and metal‑fabrication tasks. The role involves operating both manual and automated equipment to produce high‑quality welds and repairs while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret welding process specifications and ensure compliance.
• Operate manual, semi‑automatic, and fully automated welding equipment.
• Examine welds to verify they meet required standards.
• Use flame‑cutting, torch‑straightening, and oxygen‑arc cutting equipment.
• Fit, braze, and torch‑straighten metal components.
• Determine weldability of various materials.
• Operate hoisting and lifting equipment for heavy components.
• Run pre‑set welding, brazing, and soldering machines to fabricate or repair parts.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.

Required profile

• Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 23 kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with punctuality and reliability.
• Clear criminal record (security and safety check required).
