About the role
As a Destination Specialist at Goway, you will turn clients' travel dreams into reality by designing and selling bespoke vacation packages. You will leverage deep destination knowledge and a customer‑first mindset to create unforgettable experiences for a discerning clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets by qualifying inquiries, engaging prospects, and converting them into confirmed bookings.
- Accurately process reservations in the booking system, handling documents, itinerary changes, and airline ticketing.
- Manage multiple client requests and timelines efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Uphold Goway’s exceptional service standards in every client interaction.
- Develop long‑lasting relationships, generate referrals, and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in wholesale and retail travel sales, preferably in luxury or custom tourism.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking with clients via phone and email.
- Customer‑first mindset with a passion for travel and a sales‑driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously and meet business targets.
- Proven track record of building lasting client relationships.
Required skills
What we offer
- Starting base salary of $48,000 CAD per year.
- Highly competitive, uncapped commission plan and performance incentives.
- Hybrid work arrangement (Toronto/Vancouver) or fully remote within select Canadian provinces.
