About the role

As a Destination Specialist at Goway, you will turn clients' travel dreams into reality by designing and selling bespoke vacation packages. You will leverage deep destination knowledge and a customer‑first mindset to create unforgettable experiences for a discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by qualifying inquiries, engaging prospects, and converting them into confirmed bookings.
• Accurately process reservations in the booking system, handling documents, itinerary changes, and airline ticketing.
• Manage multiple client requests and timelines efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Uphold Goway’s exceptional service standards in every client interaction.
• Develop long‑lasting relationships, generate referrals, and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in wholesale and retail travel sales, preferably in luxury or custom tourism.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking with clients via phone and email.
• Customer‑first mindset with a passion for travel and a sales‑driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously and meet business targets.
• Proven track record of building lasting client relationships.
