Team Lead

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Calgary, AB and reports to senior leadership. As a Team Lead you will oversee daily operations, motivate team members and ensure that performance targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise team workflows to maximise productivity.
• Provide mentorship, coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Act as the primary liaison between leadership and the team to foster collaboration.
• Monitor progress against goals and report results to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong organisational and workflow‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making competence.
• Comfort with technology and tools used for team and project management.
• Adaptability in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in the real‑estate sector or related fields is an asset.
