Talent Consultant – Tax Services

About the role

EY is seeking a Talent Consultant to support its Tax service line. In this role you will partner with business leaders and HR Centres of Excellence to deliver talent strategies that align with the firm’s objectives and enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on talent components of strategy, using data and insights to drive decisions.
• Lead global, regional and local talent programs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Manage annual talent processes such as compensation, performance management and promotions.
• Advise leaders on organizational changes, including restructuring, M&A and transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate talent reviews, leadership development and succession planning.
• Analyze engagement and talent data to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Provide workforce planning insights, oversee headcount forecasting and strategic hiring.
• Coordinate cross‑functional talent projects and apply change‑management best practices.
