Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Cymax Group Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full‑cycle recruitment for both technical and non‑technical positions. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, champion the candidate experience, and help evolve the employer brand in a fast‑growing eCommerce technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, industry groups, and creative outreach.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to enhance the employer brand across social media, job boards, and review platforms.
• Manage recruitment advertising and external agency relationships as needed.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define clear search strategies.
• Provide guidance on role scoping, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.
• Facilitate structured feedback debriefs and keep stakeholders engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned requisitions in the ATS, from intake through offer.
