Systems Administrator / Operations Support Specialist (Intermediate)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator / Operations Support Specialist to ensure the stability and performance of our enterprise contact‑center applications. You will work closely with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to keep critical services running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for contact‑center solutions and related enterprise applications.
• Administer user accounts, profiles, access permissions and security settings.
• Monitor system performance, workload trends and application availability.
• Perform software installations, upgrades, patches and configuration changes following established procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support backup, recovery and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and third‑party service providers for issue resolution.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in systems administration and operational support within enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a structured IT service‑management framework.
