System Administrator – Montreal (Long‑Term Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our client’s IT team in Montreal on a long‑term contract. The role is fully onsite from day one and involves managing Windows desktops, image deployment and mobile device fleets in a 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstations.
• Design, build and maintain MECM/SCCM images and deployments (OSD, MD T).
• Distribute software and manage hardware/software inventories.
• Provide remote support and troubleshoot incidents using ServiceNow.
• Manage iOS, Android and Windows mobile devices globally.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation.
• Collaborate with engineering services and ensure 24/7 coverage.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SCCM/MECM components and image management.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment and prioritize tasks.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
