System Administrator

About the role

XTIUM is seeking a System Administrator to provide Tier I/II support in a fast‑moving, uptime‑sensitive client environment. You will work on Windows Server infrastructure, collaborate with multiple teams, and ensure reliable service for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions for implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Servers.
• Deliver onsite technical support for server environments when required.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software related to Windows platforms.
• Build and install computer infrastructure using VMware vSphere.
• Create and terminate user accounts in Active Directory.
• Monitor Windows Server performance and support Microsoft infrastructure.
• Support Dell hardware and other equipment.
• Provide timely and efficient customer service.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of Windows Administration experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience with VMware vSphere.
• Understanding of data‑center best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interest in technical and professional growth.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good listener and communicator with onsite staff.
