System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to manage and support our Windows/Linux based infrastructure across on‑premise, virtual and cloud environments. You will work within a collaborative IT team, contributing to the stability and evolution of our platforms while supporting a diverse, inclusive community.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, manage and support on‑premise, virtual and cloud servers and services.
• Maintain system standards, monitoring tools, access permissions and configurations.
• Provide recommendations and implement improvements, including automation of routine tasks.
• Research and adopt new technologies in partnership with the IT team.
• Maintain and document existing infrastructure and lead related projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar system administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 (E3), Azure services, Microsoft Exchange Server 2016/2019/Online.
• Expertise in Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, multisite environments, and Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Proficiency with VMWare, Microsoft Intune, PowerShell scripting, and system‑level networking.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL administration and maintenance.
