Supply Chain Analyst (Canada)

About the role

Celltrion Healthcare is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimise supply chain operations for its full product portfolio in Canada. The role ensures efficient inbound and outbound inventory management, maintains data integrity, and provides proactive risk management across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret supply chain, inventory and sales data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor inventory coverage, demand signals and supply constraints, raising early warnings for potential shortages or delays.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports for local management and Global HQ, including inventory levels, allocation status and service levels.
• Validate BI reports from 3PL partners to ensure accuracy and reliability across systems.
• Monitor inventory levels, recommend optimisation strategies and support allocation analysis for commercial and free‑of‑charge products.
• Support audit readiness and provide data related to inventory traceability, distribution and regulatory compliance.
• Track inbound shipments, coordinate with quality, logistics providers, customs brokers and compliance teams to ensure timely release of goods.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain analytics and inventory management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional internal teams and external partners such as 3PL providers, wholesalers and customs brokers.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and audit readiness.
