Sr. iOS Developer

About the role

Hypercare is looking for a self‑motivated Senior iOS Developer to own and evolve its iOS platform. You will work in a fast‑paced healthcare‑technology startup, collaborating with front‑end and back‑end engineers, designers, and clinicians to deliver a secure, high‑performing mobile experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take strategic and tactical ownership of the iOS codebase to ensure performance, quality, and scalability.
• Add new features and enhance existing functionality for a production‑grade mobile app.
• Translate designs and wireframes into clean, maintainable Swift code.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.
• Design, build, and maintain reusable, reliable components.
• Integrate with backend APIs under active development.
• Collaborate with the product manager to meet specifications.
• Set up and iterate on CI/CD pipelines.
• Document solutions with clear code comments, diagrams, and flowcharts.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about working in a startup environment.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑time product development experience.
• Published at least one iOS app with 30 K+ monthly active users.
• Strong self‑starter who stays current with iOS best practices.

Required skills

• Swift and iOS development.
• Familiarity with iOS architectural and design patterns.
• Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
• CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
• API integration and consumption.
