Software Engineer – Java & SpringBoot

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a purpose‑driven, high‑performing team delivering digital banking solutions. You will work on the authentication domain, building secure, scalable services using Java, SpringBoot, and micro‑service architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java‑based microservices for banking authentication.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to shape technical direction.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality through testing and security scanning.
• Plan milestones, execute software delivery, and escalate issues when needed.
• Implement best practices for CI/CD, REST API design, and application security (OAuth2/SSO).

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Java developer (Java 11 or 17 preferred).
• Experience building enterprise‑scale applications with Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and fast‑paced team environments.
• Ability to research independently and share solutions with the team.
