Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

Natura Market is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to lead organic social, influencer partnerships, and content creation. This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and growth, working closely with the Growth, Creative, and Marketing teams to drive engagement, awareness, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Plan and manage the content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments.
• Develop and produce high‑performing short‑form video, static posts, and stories, collaborating with designers and UGC creators.
• Lead influencer and creator partnership programs, handling sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefings, and performance tracking.
• Manage day‑to‑day community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and tags.
• Track, analyze, and optimize social and influencer performance, feeding top‑performing content into paid channels.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in social media, content, or influencer marketing for eCommerce or DTC brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok dynamics and growth drivers.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end influencer or creator partnerships.
• Experience creating or directing short‑form video content.
