Senior Managing Consultant – Performance Analytics

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead Performance Analytics engagements. The role blends traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s extensive data assets to deliver strategic, data‑driven insights for clients across payments, banking, retail and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements.
• Develop and direct analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients, leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock value.
• Own senior client relationships from mid‑level to C‑suite, driving commercial success and trust.
• Serve as a trusted business advisor, generating enthusiasm for Mastercard’s recommendations.
• Guide project teams through complex problem solving to deliver business‑focused solutions and high‑quality deliverables.
• Motivate and mentor delivery teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting and performance analytics, preferably within financial services or payments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships up to the C‑suite level.
• Strong leadership and team‑guiding capabilities.
• Track record of delivering data‑driven recommendations and clear, impactful narratives.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
