Senior Infrastructure Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join our growing IT Operations team. You will support enterprise‑wide infrastructure across data‑centre and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and troubleshoot servers, storage, and networking components.
• Support Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms, deploying virtual machines and core services.
• Respond to incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis and participate in change management.
• Administer backup, disaster‑recovery testing and business‑continuity processes.
• Implement patch management, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening.
• Drive automation using scripting and Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Document architectures, procedures and maintain governance standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong hands‑on Windows Server administration.
• Proven experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix).
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, VPNs and firewalls.
