Senior Analyst, Services B2B Marketing Operations

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a data‑driven Senior Analyst to join its Services Marketing Operations team. In this role you will ensure seamless execution of B2B marketing campaigns, manage lead data across systems, and deliver actionable performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing Strategy, Business Development, and Technology teams to support the lead‑to‑revenue lifecycle.
• Perform lead list uploads and data imports into marketing automation and CRM platforms, focusing on data cleanliness, deduplication, and segmentation.
• Operationalize lead lifecycle definitions (Inquiry, MQL, SQL, Opportunity) and maintain consistent application across marketing and sales systems.
• Manage lead scoring, routing logic, and lifecycle status updates.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day operational partner for BDR and Marketing teams, troubleshooting data issues and optimizing processes.
• Work with marketing automation tools, Salesforce, and other MarTech platforms to improve campaign efficiency.
