SAP Technical Lead – Hybrid (Toronto)

About the role

The SAP Technical Lead will drive end‑to‑end technical onboarding and foundation setup for SAP RISE Private Cloud Edition (PCE) on Azure. Working in a hybrid environment (four days on‑site), you will coordinate across internal cloud, network, IAM, security teams and external partners to ensure a smooth, secure launch of SAP workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily coordination with internal teams for SAP RISE PCE onboarding, covering network connectivity, DNS, IAM/SSO, SAP Cloud ALM and SAP BTP.
• Act as the single technical point of contact between SAP, cloud/network/IAM/security groups, system integrators and ServiceNow/ITIL processes.
• Ensure operational readiness by creating documentation, runbooks and supporting hand‑over activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Strong delivery leadership with experience in stakeholder management and ITIL/ServiceNow processes.
• Hands‑on or leadership experience with SAP Basis and SAP workloads on Azure.
• Deep understanding of SAP RISE PCE connectivity patterns, private access, and controlled ingress/egress.
• Proven ability to design and implement cloud networking solutions (ExpressRoute, VPN, routing, private DNS, firewalls/NVA, IP planning).
