SAP S4 Production Planning and Quality Management Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA professional to lead Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) initiatives for global clients. You will combine design‑thinking, agile delivery, and deep domain expertise to drive digital transformation and create lasting business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in detailed design and build of SAP S/4 global template, covering material acquisition, requisitioning, sourcing, contracting and payment processes.
• Demonstrate how PP, Capacity Planning, SOP, LTP, DM, CRP, MRP and QM modules can solve complex client challenges.
• Define near‑term strategy and align it with senior leadership at both client and Accenture.
• Lead large, cross‑functional teams or projects, providing coaching, mentorship and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Negotiate and communicate persuasively on key issues with senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4 Production Planning and Quality Management transformations.
• Deep functional expertise in PP and QM, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, comfortable engaging senior managers and clients.
• Charismatic, professional, flexible and an excellent listener.
