SAP HR Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking an SAP HR Lead to drive the implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for a range of clients. You will combine deep HR and payroll expertise with strong SAP knowledge to deliver innovative, business‑aligned outcomes while travelling to client sites as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors projects, from scoping and planning through testing and go‑live support.
• Develop realistic project plans, estimates and schedules, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, coordinate stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication.
• Identify and pursue innovative approaches that add value for internal and external clients.
• Analyse complex data sets to spot trends, diagnose issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with proven experience leading SAP HR implementations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate client challenges into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting to changing project dynamics.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client locations.
