About the role

Urban Fare, a division of Pattison Food Group, is looking for a part‑time Restaurant Clerk at its Mission Park location in Kelowna, BC. The role focuses on delivering exceptional food‑shopping experiences and requires morning availability.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Share product knowledge with customers and answer service inquiries.
• Stock and present the department, ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including equipment and work areas.
• Use a variety of equipment, such as knives, safely and efficiently.
• Go the extra mile for customers and fellow team members.

Required profile

• A passion for great food and outstanding customer service.
• Strong work ethic with a “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).
