Remote Registered Nurse – $60–$85/hr Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work remotely on a contract basis, supporting AI research labs in personal health navigation. You will create and evaluate health‑administrative tasks, ensuring outputs align with verified ground‑truth data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑horizon health‑admin tasks with deterministic rubrics to assess agent performance.
• Build realistic scenarios covering patient records, visits, medications, labs, payer documentation, and insurance appeals.
• Evaluate medical timelines, medication schedules, and insurance appeals for consistency with known outcomes.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve agent evaluations in personal health contexts.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meeting deadlines while enhancing task quality and throughput.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse, patient advocate, medical assistant, or a comparable health‑literate role.
• Hands‑on expertise in insurance appeals, payer navigation, lab result interpretation, medication management, or patient portal workflows.
• Comfort creating and interpreting personal health artifacts such as timelines and symptom logs.
• Strong written communication skills to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
