Remote Recruiter – 12‑Month Contract (Canada)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Recruiter to join TPD on a 12‑month contract. You will combine recruiting and sales expertise to source, engage, and place top talent for roles such as Project Managers, Estimators, Technicians, and Sales professionals across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold‑calling to identify qualified candidates.
• Source talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets and contribute to revenue goals.

Required profile

• Prior experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or a sales‑focused environment.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for relationship building.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, fully remote setting.

• Base salary $40,000‑$65,000 CAD plus uncapped commission (average $33,000 + annual).
