Quality Conformance Consultant

About the role

The Quality Conformance Consultant ensures that products and processes meet internal, regulatory, and customer requirements throughout the operational phase. You will lead root‑cause investigations, drive corrective actions, and support shop‑floor teams to maintain high quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee product and process compliance with internal, regulatory, and customer specifications.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis (RCA) for non‑conformities and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
• Support shop‑floor teams with real‑time quality issue resolution, including on‑site investigations and workshops.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, monitor progress, and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Participate in quality reviews and prepare reports for customers and authorities.
• Implement quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, QRQC to strengthen process robustness.
• Train staff and raise awareness of quality standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (quality, engineering, industrial, computer science, etc.).
• 3–5 years of experience in an industrial environment (aerospace, automotive, or similar).
• Willingness to travel to Mirabel three times per week.
• Proven track record in non‑conformance management and RCA techniques.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Leadership ability to engage cross‑functional teams.
