Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will support the Ontario Line South Project by managing quality processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and contractual requirements, and coordinating non‑conformance and inspection activities across the construction site.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, track, and resolve Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and deficiencies.
• Collaborate with discipline leads to plan and implement corrective actions and root‑cause analyses.
• Create, update, and maintain Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) platforms aligned with project quality requirements.
• Package and submit completed ITP records in coordination with construction and quality control teams.
• Conduct occasional 1st‑party audits of internal departments and 2nd‑party audits of suppliers and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Experience in quality assurance within large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and contractual quality obligations.
• Proven ability to manage NCR processes and drive timely resolutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
