PTC Windchill Business Consultant

About the role

Accenture’s Industry X team is looking for a PTC Windchill Business Consultant to help clients modernise their product development and manufacturing value chains. You will work across multiple sectors, guiding organisations through digital transformation using PLM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise on complex PLM projects.
• Gather requirements, create functional specifications and support solution design.
• Lead or co‑facilitate specification workshops and business‑process design sessions.
• Configure and troubleshoot PTC Windchill environments, resolving complex system issues.
• Prepare and deliver organisational change‑management activities, including training plans and documentation.
• Conduct functional and integration testing, develop test cases and validate solutions.
• Document configurations, architecture and produce progress reports.
• Analyse, design and implement solution enhancements.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites as required.

Required profile

• Mid‑level consulting experience with a focus on PLM or digital manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill and product lifecycle management concepts.
• Ability to work independently and coach work‑stream teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%).
