Project Coordinator (Remote, Canada)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of mission‑critical IT and business transformation projects. This fully remote position offers the chance to work closely with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning, implementation, and delivery of small to medium‑size IT and business projects.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, budgets, business cases, risk assessments, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Facilitate business planning activities, stakeholder meetings, and coordination sessions.
• Monitor progress, resource allocation, deliverables, and risks, aligning with organizational objectives.
• Identify business improvement opportunities through analysis of operational requirements and workflows.
• Coordinate deployment activities and support high‑quality project execution.
• Support post‑implementation reviews, collect feedback, and document recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide guidance to project team members as needed.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP) completed or in progress (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience managing small to medium‑size IT projects or programs.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
