Project Coordinator

About the role

Critical Mass is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of digital and technology‑driven projects. This entry‑level position is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation.
• Take clear meeting notes and share updates with internal teams and clients.
• Assist in managing small‑scale projects under senior guidance.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and overall progress.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure easy access.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders via status reports, emails, and meetings.
• Proactively escalate risks or issues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support client onboarding and project intake processes.
• Contribute to project management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gradually take ownership of smaller projects from start to finish.
• Participate in project reviews and learn to scope projects, plan resources, and deliver against client goals.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
