Project Coordinator – Commercial & Industrial Construction

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support commercial and industrial construction projects across the Lower Mainland. The role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors and consultants to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, site instructions and change orders.
• Manage drawing logs, revision control and document tracking systems.
• Assist with project scheduling, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, project updates and reports.
• Support cost tracking, invoice review and overall project reporting.
• Help with QA/QC documentation, safety compliance and project close‑out procedures.
• Monitor project progress and deliverables using project management software.
• Facilitate communication between field teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Previous role as Project Coordinator or in construction administration.
• Strong understanding of construction coordination processes from pre‑construction through close‑out.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software.
• Experience using document control and tracking systems.
