About the role
We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacists in a fast‑paced hospital or clinic environment. The role involves ensuring prescription accuracy, handling clerical tasks, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure prescription information is accurate.
- Assist pharmacists and maintain prescription records.
- Prepare medications for clients and bill third‑party insurers.
- Perform general clerical duties and maintain cleanliness of collection areas.
- Order supplies, equipment and organize inventory.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Client‑focused with excellent oral communication.
- Dependable, reliable and flexible.
- Team player able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Kroll Software.
- MS Excel.
- MS Office.
- MS Word.
