Pharmacist – Community Hospital

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join Brant Community Healthcare System’s two‑site community hospital network in Brantford and Paris, Ontario. The pharmacist will contribute to our patient‑first, people‑centred care model across acute, urgent and transitional care settings.
