About the role
The Music Department at Mount Allison University seeks a part‑time lecturer to teach voice studio courses for the Fall and Winter semesters (September 2026 – April 2027). The appointment is stipendiary and campus‑based.
Key responsibilities
- Provide weekly one‑on‑one studio instruction to up to 12 voice students (approximately 1 hour per student).
- Conduct studio class sessions and oversee student performance preparation.
- Assess student performance juries and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with department faculty to ensure curriculum alignment.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in voice performance.
- Established record as a professional performer.
- Studio teaching experience at the university level.
