Oracle HCM Consultant – Talent Management

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant specialized in Talent Management to join its Oracle practice. You will work on large, complex client projects, helping organizations improve how they attract, develop, and retain talent through Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, Goals, Succession Planning, and Learning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using design thinking and agile methodologies to deliver end‑to‑end cloud solutions.
• Provide functional expertise on talent processes and HR best practices to ensure successful client outcomes.
• Support clients throughout the migration to Oracle Cloud, offering guidance on best practices and change management.

Required profile

• Mid‑level Oracle HCM professional with hands‑on experience in Talent Management modules.
• Strong functional understanding of talent processes and HR best practices.
• Passion for helping organizations improve talent attraction, development, and retention.
