About the Position

Join a premier musical institution and share your passion for music with students of all ages. As a Music Instructor, you will play a key role in our lesson center, helping students develop their talents in a professional and inspiring environment.

Main Missions

• Provide high-quality music instruction in your area of expertise (Piano, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Woodwinds, Brass, Strings, or Voice).
• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and goals.
• Conduct both private one-on-one sessions and group classes.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage musical growth.
• Apply standard teaching methodologies and curriculum standards effectively.

Profile Required

• Hold a degree or certificate in Music from a recognized university or college.
• Alternatively, possess a minimum of RCM Grade 8 with professional equivalence of Grade 2 Rudiments.
• Proven experience teaching students of various age groups and skill levels.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for music education.

Required Skills

• Expertise in a specific musical instrument or vocal performance.
• Proficiency in standard music theory and pedagogy.
• Ability to manage classroom or private lesson dynamics.
• Adaptability to different learning styles and student backgrounds.
