Loader Operator

About the role

Berger is seeking a reliable Loader Operator to support its plant in Plaster Rock. You will be responsible for feeding raw materials into the production line and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a loader to feed peat, perlite, vermiculite and wood fibers into the plant.
• Keep work areas clean and organized at all times.
• Ensure pallets are correctly placed and in good condition.
• Maintain equipment performance, reduce waste and follow the production schedule.

Required profile

• Physically capable of repeatedly lifting up to 55 lb.
• Able to operate a forklift.
• Punctual, alert and responsible.
• Team‑oriented and willing to work all shifts, including weekends.
