About the role

Michelin is seeking a results‑driven Key Account Manager to grow its Better Mining portfolio across Quebec. You will manage a dynamic mix of local and multinational mining customers, tire dealers and service providers, travelling up to 60% of the time to build relationships from the shop floor to the C‑suite.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including action‑plan formulation and performance tracking.
  • Manage multi‑level relationships, negotiate contracts and resolve issues to meet revenue targets.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver scalable, revenue‑driving solutions for customers.
  • Lead analytics reporting and regular business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify upselling opportunities, acquire new mining accounts and increase market share for the Michelin Better Mining offer.
  • Mentor peers and support team development across regional business lines.

Required profile

  • Strong business acumen with experience analysing financial statements.
  • Proven track record managing large‑volume customers (>$5 M annual turnover) and winning negotiations.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in industrial tires or the mining sector.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Readiness to use CRM/Salesforce Engage from day one.
