Key responsibilities

• Enter shipment details into the company’s logistics system.
• Track and trace shipments across Canada and the United States.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Communicate with carriers regarding pickups, deliveries, delays and status updates.
• Prepare and maintain required documentation and shipment records.
• Provide timely updates and resolve issues that arise during transit.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience or a strong willingness to learn.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Highly organized, reliable and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, coachable attitude and a team‑player mindset.
