Junior IT Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, detail‑driven Junior IT Coordinator to provide frontline technical support across our diverse Group of Companies. You will help maintain the reliability of end‑user technology and ensure timely resolution of support requests.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all technical support requests.
• Assist employees with network connections, printing issues, drive access, and other device‑related problems.
• Maintain functionality of computers, cellphones, and related hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within established timeframes.
• Coordinate installation and configuration of software such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Global Shop, and Microsoft 365.
• Set up new employee accounts, assign appropriate security groups, and apply role‑based permissions.
• Escalate complex issues to the System Administrator and coordinate with third‑party support when needed.
• Maintain clear communication and updates within the IT ticketing system.
• Conduct continual review and management of computer assets.
• Perform system maintenance outside regular hours when required to minimize business disruption.

Required profile

• Passionate and detail‑oriented with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Willingness to work overtime or outside regular business hours for system maintenance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multi‑division environment.
