Junior Accountant – Real Estate

About the role

We are a well‑established real estate organization looking for a motivated Accountant to join our collaborative finance team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on mentorship and exposure to a diverse portfolio of property and corporate accounting tasks, ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger maintenance.
• Assist with account reconciliations, journal entries and month‑end close processes.
• Process invoices, payments and tenant‑related accounting transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Help prepare financial reports and conduct ad‑hoc analysis as required.
• Work closely with senior accounting staff to learn property and corporate accounting processes.
• Support internal controls and ensure consistent accounting procedures.
• Participate in special projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to develop a long‑term accounting career.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
