IT Support Analyst – Toronto

About the role

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking an IT Support Analyst to ensure smooth computer operations for its global workforce. You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical assistance, resolve help‑desk tickets within SLA, and deliver hands‑on support at the desktop level.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Record, track, and document actions in the Service Desk tool and follow up after resolution.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Maintain printers, AV equipment, and other peripheral devices.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and self‑service resources.
• Collaborate with global IT and application teams and assist in evaluating new technologies.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
• Ability to work within defined service‑level agreements and provide in‑person assistance.
