IT Recruiter – Staff Augmentation Specialist

About the role

Charter is looking for a high‑performing IT Recruiter to support its fast‑growing delivery teams. You will work closely with account managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to source and place top‑tier IT talent for contract and project‑based engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand technical requirements, timelines, and project expectations.
• Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for contract and contract‑to‑hire opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre‑qualified candidates across key skill areas such as cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, software development, and data.
• Deliver high‑quality candidate submissions within tight deadlines and service‑level expectations.
• Conduct technical and behavioral screenings to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and manage the interview process end‑to‑end.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and onboarding logistics for contract placements.
• Maintain consistent communication with consultants during assignments to ensure engagement and retention.
• Track and manage candidate activity in ATS/CRM systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a staff‑augmentation or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and project‑based hiring needs.
• Proven ability to work under demanding timelines with multiple open requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
