Internal Communications Advisor (18‑Month Contract)

About the role

The Employee Communications team at CTC is looking for an Advisor to help shape and deliver internal communications across the organisation. This 18‑month contract role will support the creation of engaging written and visual content that keeps corporate employees informed, connected, and proud of the company’s initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and distribute written and visual content for multiple internal channels, aligned with CTC’s voice and visual identity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and measure communications campaigns.
• Ensure content quality, meet standards and deadlines, and maintain brand consistency.
• Generate creative ideas to elevate the Employee Communications function.
• Provide strategic communications advice to internal client groups.
• Manage reporting and analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
