About the role
Homepro Pest Control is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join its residential sales team in Toronto. Reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, you will handle inbound leads, guide prospects through the sales process, and close deals without cold‑calling.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, uncovering needs and recommending tailored pest‑control services.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage a sales pipeline with precision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify conversion opportunities.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and eager to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Curious problem‑solver with a focus on achieving goals.
