About the role

This position is focused on driving advisor engagement and business growth within a defined Canadian territory. You will act as a key connector between financial advisors and sophisticated banking solutions, helping advisors leverage tailored lending and wealth‑building products for their clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct high‑volume outbound calls and meetings to promote financial products and solutions.
  • Build, maintain and expand relationships with financial advisors in the assigned territory.
  • Support advisors through the full sales cycle, including product education, application assistance and issue resolution.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans in partnership with internal BDM teams.
  • Utilise CRM tools and data insights (e.g., Salesforce, analytics platforms) to track performance and optimise outreach.
  • Manage pipeline, follow‑up proactively and coordinate marketing activities.
  • Collaborate across teams to share best practices and strengthen advisor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and training standards.

Required profile

  • Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience in banking, insurance, financial services or sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of client‑facing sales or business development experience with a proven ability to grow a client base.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills to engage professional advisors.
  • Ability to analyse sales data, manage territory performance and execute structured business plans.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, especially for Quebec‑based candidates.

What we offer

  • Competitive total compensation package including base salary and performance‑based incentives.
  • Salary range: $85,500 – $125,500 CAD per year.
