Inplant Technician – Atlantic Region

About the role

Sun Chemical is seeking an Inplant Technician for its Atlantic operations. The role supports ink production by ensuring colour matching, mixing, and quality standards are met while collaborating closely with sales and customer‑technical support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform colour matching, mixing and preparation of inks to meet customer specifications.
• Conduct quality control testing and troubleshooting to ensure product consistency.
• Coordinate and control inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
• Generate monthly and weekly reports on production performance.
• Work flexible shift rotations and collaborate with Sales and CTS teams.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Strong punctuality, reliability and ability to multi‑task.
• Customer‑focused attitude with desire to delight clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with X‑Rite colour measurement equipment (asset).
• Computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
• Knowledge of quality control testing procedures.
