Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented IT Support Specialist who can provide both desk‑based and on‑site assistance in a fast‑paced environment. The role involves supporting senior leadership while handling day‑to‑day technical issues across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑level IT support in‑person and remotely, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, VPN and Wi‑Fi problems.
• Provide white‑glove support to executives and senior leaders.
• Configure, deploy and manage laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and printers.
• Administer devices using Microsoft Intune or other MDM tools.
• Manage tickets through Jira or similar ticketing systems.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Perform basic infrastructure work such as cabling and workstation setup.
• Follow up with users to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of desktop or IT support experience, preferably with executive users.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and work under pressure.
• Willingness to perform hands‑on tasks and occasional schedule flexibility.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
• Device management tools such as Intune and MDM
• Windows operating system
• Networking fundamentals and VPN/Wi‑Fi troubleshooting
• Azure cloud basics (a plus)
• Ticketing systems, especially Jira
