Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer - Advanced

About the role

We are looking for a Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer to shape digital experiences for a leading financial institution. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to create intuitive, data‑rich products that serve millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve design strategy, leveraging UI patterns to improve user comprehension and task performance.
• Lead design critiques, ensure inclusive interactions, and guide teams on best‑practice design principles.
• Create low‑fidelity sketches, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes that communicate and validate concepts.
• Present design solutions to senior stakeholders, articulating rationale and vision.
• Facilitate usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Conduct research on interaction design trends in financial services and perform competitive and component audits.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, agile setting.
