About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to join Able Insurance Brokers. In this position you will support the HR team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations and administrative duties.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, preparing contracts and related documents.
- Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize training sessions, meetings and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (preferred).
- Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
